Marriage

To receive the Sacrament of Matrimony, or Marriage, within the Catholic church means to enter into “matrimonial covenant” with Christ as the center of your union.  “In the Latin Rite the celebration of marriage between two Catholic faithful normally takes place during Holy Mass, because of the connection of all the sacraments with the Paschal mystery of Christ.”

The Sacrament of Matrimony is available to any consenting faithful, baptized in the Holy Spirit, and free to contract marriage.  For those seeking consultation on Marriage Preparation and arranging for Matrimonial services at Our Lady of Grace, inquiries can be made with the OLG Parish Office by filling out the form below.

Congratulations on your decision to get married in the Catholic Church!

We are excited you are considering Our Lady of Grace to be a part of the celebration of your sacrament. The Catholic Church has established a number of basic requirements for the celebration of the Sacrament of Marriage. In order to fulfill these requirements, to ensure sacred celebration of the Sacrament and to facilitate preparation for marriage, please contact Father Matthew at least six months prior to the anticipated wedding date.

Please fill out this form below.

Someone will be in contact with you shortly.
