But first, go ahead and register yourself (from the afternoon of 4/6) to access FORMED with these 4 easy steps:
- Go to formed.org/signup; click the 3rd button: I belong to a parish or organization
- Select your parish: Enter zip code 95691 and select Our Lady of Grace Church from the dropdown menu
- Register with your name and email address
- Begin using FORMED (you may need to check your email inbox for a verification email)
